The Texas Board of Veterinarian Medical Examiners has brought administrative disciplinary charges against prominent Central Texas "no kill” champion, Dr. Ellen Jefferson, the Executive Director of Austin Pets Alive! and San Antonio Pets Alive!. Read her lawsuit against the TBVME and its Executive Director. A temporary injunction hearing is set for February 19, 2014.
